I have a lot of fond memories with NI products, but my first interaction with an NI representative was with Harikesh Nair in 2000.
I rarely use NI products now and Harikesh is also not with the NI team but the screwdriver and memories of courtesy calls by Harish do exist till today. I have known NI for almost 20 years and it is still evolving. It is not getting old but aging like wine.
